Tampa Housing Authority Invites the Community to the Casa Bel-Mar Groundbreaking Development will add 100 Affordable Housing Units to South Tampa
TAMPA, Fla. - May 24, 2023 - The Tampa Housing Authority invites the community to join the groundbreaking ceremony of its newest South Tampa development, Casa Bel-Mar, on Wednesday, June 7, 9:30 a.m. Mayor Jane Castor is confirmed to attend and give remarks. Casa Bel-Mar is an all-affordable 100-unit development, at 4003 South Manhattan Avenue, which is made possible by a joint effort among the Tampa Housing Authority, the Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, private development partners, and housing financing partners.
