Village Link Up

Award Amount: $343,170 Village Link-Up is a case management program servicing families with children, ages birth to middle school, residing in Robles Park Village, C. Blythe Andrews, Seminole and Moses White communities. Funded by the Children's Board of Hillsborough County, services are coordinated through collaboration and the utilization of wraparound networks that focus on educational supports for children, parent involvement, self-empowerment workshops and social capital. "Village Link Up" is funded through a grant from the Children's Board of Hillsborough County.
