Pension & Retirement Plans

401(a) Pension Plan

  • Eligible to participate on the first of the month after completing six (6) months of continuous employment and completing 800 hours of service during your first six (6) months of employment.
    THA contributes 12.25% of your gross salary.
  • Employees are eligible to contribute to the plan post tax basis.
  • 100% vested after 5 years of employment.
  • Loans available after completing 5 years of employment.
  • Plan Administrators - CUNA Mutual


457 Deferred Compensation Plan

  • Eligible to participate on the first of the month after completing six (6) months of continuous employment for THA
  • Employee contributions are on a pre-tax basis
  • Employee contributions - THA does not contribute or match contributions
  • Mandatory Payroll Deductions of 3% for employees who do not Out of the Plan upon eligibility.
