Award Amount: $235,660 The program aims to offer Mental Health services to public housing residents and surrounding communities in Hillsborough County. The program targets youth who are at risk of becoming delinquent. Services are offered to eligible youth and families who possess multiple risk factors and reside in the high-risk zip codes determined by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Through clinical case management, group counseling, school and home visits, outreach, screenings, and assessments, troubled youth and their families will be engaged in ongoing services to prevent delinquency, truancy, and broken homes. |
