The Office of Real Estate Development is tasked with ensuring the highest standards for our affordable housing development products. Three large remaining public housing sites are under redevelopment. These sites are the Encore Tampa (formerly Central Park Village), West River (formerly North Boulevard Homes) consisting of several phases - The Boulevards, The Canopy, The Villas, The Renaissance, Mary Macleod Bethune Apartments as well as phases yet to be named - and the Robles Park Village site. |
