Tampa Housing Authority announces the Grand Opening of Casa Bel Mar
with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This all-affordable 100-unit development is 
made possible by a joint effort with Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, 
and housing financing partners. Archway Partners and Signature Property 
Services are the developers.
