Employee of the Month: Adrian Perlaza

July's Employee of the Month from Facilities is Maintenance Supervisor at JL Young, Adrian Perlaza. Adrian has been working for the housing authority for 15 years and has been a supervisor for 2 years and counting. Adrian has always put in extra effort to help his workers and his residents; he cares a lot about his job and shows great leadership. Adrian and his immediate supervisor always call each other and bounce ideas and opinions; he always has the residents' safety in mind and cares about how his property looks, and always makes sure work orders are being completed to satisfaction. He has never let his language get in the way of his work, and he continues to learn. Adrian Perlaza is an exceptional employee and well deserving of the Employee of the Month award.
