Employee of the Month: Felicia Davis

The Asset Management Department choose for Employee of the Month for the month of March.

Felicia Davis has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, organization, and dedication throughout her career. Before becoming Relocation

Manager, she was the assistant manager of Robles Park. Her strong analytical skills, work ethic, earned her confidence of leadership to select her to

coordinate the relocation of Robles Park.

Since being appointed Relocation Manager in October 2023, Felicia has successfully managed the relocation of 303 Robles Park families. She trained and

managed two Outreach Workers, conducted weekly updates to the administrative staff, facilitated housing placements, and ensured all financial aspects of

the relocation process was accurately handled. Her oversight led to the efficient processing in excess of $323,000 in security deposits, $21,000 in

application fees, $22,000 in TECO payments, $1,000 in gas expenses, $6,000 in water bills, and $159,000 in moving-related costs. She also ensured the

proper distribution of $18,000 in dislocation allowances and coordinated the return of $102,000 in security deposit refunds.

Felicia has been instrumental in coordinating relocation activities, scheduling moves, and managing inquiries, investigations, and disputes. She has

maintained meticulous records, tracked vacant units, reviewed moving contractor pay requests, and facilitated seamless communication between residents,

landlords, and property management. Her dedication extends beyond logistics as she conducted home visits to assess resident satisfaction and ensure a

smooth transition into new housing.

Felicia's leadership, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the success of the relocation process. Her ability to

navigate complex challenges, maintain compliance with HUD regulations, and foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders makes her an

invaluable asset to the organization.

After completing the relocation of Robles Park residents Felicia was assigned to the Southern Properties to assist the Property Manager while continuing to

process a few remaining relocation transactions.
