Employee of the Month: James Lumpkins

The Facilities Department choose James Lumpkins for Employee of the Month for the month of November.

James is a committed worker who puts in the extra effort for the benefit of his team and the Agency. He is passionate about getting the job done and showed it recently by stepping up to be a huge help in clearing the JL Young property of hurricane-related debris.

James also has the most consistent daily completion rates for work orders. There are no hills and valleys with his production. He is a consistent high performer.

In the final analysis, James saves us time, money, and energy with his reliability and hard work.
