| The Assisted Housing Department has chosen Jason Cruz-Ayala as the July Employee of the Month. Jason started as a project-based housing specialist and was promoted to a senior housing specialist in 2020. He is a team player and has a strong work ethic. Jason is patient, empathetic, and committed to employee development. He has completed training on Lead and Succeed, Six-Sigma Yellow Belt, and attended other professional development opportunities. Jason takes challenges head-on and is open to shared ideas. He is dedicated to improving department efficiencies and is commended for his commute from Ocala. |
