He grew up in the Tampa Housing Authority After School and Summer Program. Volunteering during high school, he later joined the agency as a Youth Counselor, showing remarkable growth and earning a promotion to Coordinator. With over 10 years of experience mentoring inner-city youth, Juan has become a trusted figure in the community, contributing significantly to the Oaks at Riverview's youth and sports programs.
