Employee of the Month: Tina Loomis

| The Assisted Housing Department has chosen Tina Loomis as Employee of the Month for May. Tina started as a temporary employee but was hired permanently as a Support Specialist in November 2021. Six months later, she became the Landlord Liaison, responsible for handling new landlords, conducting workshops, RTA processing, payable processing, and addressing ownership changes. She is always available to guide landlords through the online portal and program policies. Tina is a valuable member of the THA family; we congratulate her in this well-deserved recognition. |
