February 15 2023 THADC Regular/Virtual Board Meeting Minutes

I. Call to Order
Chairmen James Cloar called the meeting of the Tampa Housing Authority Development Corporation Board of Directors to order at 10:20 am. Also physically present were Directors Lorena Hardwick, Ben Dachepalli, Bemetra Salter-Liggins, and legal counsel Ricardo Gilmore. Directors Parker Homans, Billi Johnson-Griffin, and Sul Hemani did not attend this meeting.

II. Approval of Minutes
A motion to approve the Minutes from the November 16, 2022 meeting was made by Director Bemetra Salter-liggins and seconded by Director Ben Dachepalli:

Director Dachepalli - Yes
Director Salter-Liggins - Yes

III. Public Forum

• There was none to come before this forum. 

IV. New Business
A motion to approve the following Resolution was made by Director Ben Dachepalli, seconded by Director Bemetra Salter-Liggins: 

• Resolution No. 2023-0043-THADC
  A  resolution authorizing the President of Tampa Housing Authority Development Corp. (THADC), acting on behalf of THA Oaks, LLC to approve Casa Bel Mar equity, construction, and permanent loans.

V. Adjournment
There being no further business to come before this Board the Chair adjourned the meeting at 10:22 am.
