TAMPA, Fla. - Oct. 07, 2024 - The Tampa Housing Authority is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Kulture Kitchen Restaurant at West River, a highly anticipated event that will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will feature live music, entertainment, and a first look at the unique, culturally inspired dishes that have made Kulture Kitchen a standout in Tampa's culinary scene. Owned by the team behind the renowned Livy O's catering service, this new location represents a major milestone for the business as it expands into the heart of the West River Community.

Join us for a day of celebration as we welcome this exciting new addition to West River, a vibrant and growing community in Tampa.
