Tampa Housing Authority Celebrates Opening of Casa Bel Mar
TAMPA, Fla. - Jan 14, 2025 - Tampa Housing Authority joins celebration of Casa Bel Mar ribbon 
cutting ceremony, on Tuesday, January 28. Mayor Jane Castor is confirmed to attend and give 
remarks. Casa Bel-Mar is an all-affordable 100-unit development, at 4003 South Manhattan 
Avenue, which is made possible by a joint effort among the Tampa Housing Authority, 
Hillsborough County, the City of Tampa, and housing financing partners. Archway Partners and 
Signature Property Services are the developers.
