CALL TO ORDER
Fred Hearns called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. on January 19th, 2023

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
No quorum was present to approve November and December 2022 minutes.
PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment currently.
OLD BUSINESS
I. New Membership Applications
I. We have not received any new membership applications
II. Update on Meeting request with Mayor
I. No additional update.
III. Update on NEA Grant with the City of Tampa
I. Last month, the City gave an update. Nothing further at this month
IV. Update on Private Property Acquisitions
I. No additional update.
V. Update on Fundraising Committee
I. No update at this time,
VI. Update on Funding and Grant Prospects
I. No additional update.
VII. Update on Historic Marker Installation
I. Marker has been completed and delivered to the city. The invoice has been received and is in the process of being paid by THA from Zion bank account.
NEW BUSINESS
VIII. Tampa City Council address by Vice-President, Reva Iman
I. Reva Iman is discussing the possibility of using an intimate domain and is pushing forward with it. Fred is looking forward to meeting with whoever wants to meet with him. Fred and Reva are discussing the timing of the meeting and if they can touch base with each other on Monday.

IX. Follow up with City Council Members
I. Reva Iman will have an update for the Board for February's meeting. She is meeting with City Council later this evening, January 19th.
X. By Laws Committee report and recommendations.
I. The By-Laws have been revised and will be presented to the board member for review before a vote is taken. Since we do not have a quorum for this meeting, we will table this until we have a quorum present.
